More than a decade ago, we started a small home inspection company and, like many inspectors, quickly realized that offering radon testing was essential. The problem was that we were a new business with limited resources. Real estate agents wanted radon results quickly, but our monitors couldn't provide immediate reports. The data had to be sent to a testing center for processing. If it was after hours, we waited. Our clients waited. The agents waited.

In a business where speed matters, waiting wasn't good enough.

We also learned that the costs added up quickly. Between lease fees, calibration downtime, and limited options, it felt like inspectors deserved a better solution.

Years later, we looked again. Surprisingly, very little had changed.

So instead of complaining, we decided to create the leasing program we wished had existed when we started.
